Hai Long: Every minute of playing against MU is precious and unforgettable.

Midfielder Nguyen Hai Long and Hoang Duc shared their emotional thoughts after the memorable friendly match with MU Club on the evening of May 28.

“I am very proud to play against one of the biggest teams in the world . When I step onto the pitch, I always try to play my best to not let the audience down.

Every moment on the field is precious and unforgettable. Being able to stand on the same field with the world's top players like MU is a wonderful experience that I will always cherish," Hai Long said.

Hai Long is one of the players who received the most praise in the ASEAN All Stars squad. He was named in the starting lineup by coach Kim Sang Sik in the match against MU. Although he had only arrived in Malaysia one day before the match, the midfielder born in 2000 still played confidently and left many impressions on the "Red Devils" defense.

After the match, Hai Long Hai expressed his special admiration for MU captain Bruno Fernandes. The Hanoi FC player also talked about his ability to play abroad: " Going abroad is not only my dream but also the dream of many other Vietnamese players. We all want to challenge and affirm our abilities on the international stage."

Meanwhile, midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc shared his feelings: "I am honored to be one of the Vietnamese players participating in the match with MU. This is a team with a rich tradition and strong in the world. In the pre-match meeting, the whole team was relaxed, facing a big team is also the first time for the Southeast Asian players. Because we only have 2 days, we try to play and give the audience the best match.

The players come from different countries and languages, so they can't communicate much. However, I find it very fun and interesting. After a few training sessions, the players understand each other better and share a little about the cultures of the countries."

When asked about captain midfielder Bruno Fernandes , Hoang Duc said: "Bruno is a great player, it is an honor for me to compete with him. I have watched Bruno play and learned a lot and I also hope that it will help me."

After the match, Hoang Duc, Hai Long, Van Vi, Duy Manh and coach Kim Sang Sik returned home to join the Vietnamese team, preparing for the match against Malaysia on June 10.
