On the morning of October 24, An Duong ward organized a seminar on “Application of artificial intelligence AI in organizing educational activities for preschool children”. The city-level seminar was organized in a combination of in-person and online formats.
Attending the seminar were Mr. Vu Tri Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong, along with leaders of the Department's professional departments; Ms. Tran Thi Quynh Trang, Secretary of the Party Committee of An Duong Ward; Mr. Bui Tien Phong, Chairman of the People's Committee of An Duong Ward, along with leaders of the ward's professional departments and kindergartens in the area.
Nearly 500 preschool teachers attended the seminar directly at the An Duong Ward Cultural House, representing 596 preschools and 451 private independent preschool educational institutions in Hai Phong city; 596 online participation points at preschools in the city.

In the topic, delegates listened to the report "An Duong Preschool Education - Breakthrough with AI"; Teacher Nguyen Thi Hoa, Teacher of Dang Cuong Kindergarten, presented on Designing AI virtual assistants to support preschool teachers in preparing lesson plans. And class time of Ms. Pham Thi Thu Thao, Teacher of An Duong Kindergarten with the activity "Magical Kingdom of Emotions".
Mr. Bui Tien Phong, Chairman of An Duong Ward People's Committee shared that currently, in the context of the Education and Training Sector implementing breakthrough resolutions and policies in the spirit of Resolution 71-NQ/TW, with a focus on innovating management thinking to a modern governance model, improving competitiveness and quality of human resources, expanding cooperation and international integration. This is an important guideline to help the education sector constantly innovate and create, affirming its pioneering role in building a learning society and comprehensive human development.
Today's topic is a vivid demonstration of that spirit of innovation, demonstrating the industry's determination to turn technology and artificial intelligence into powerful support tools in organizing educational activities, helping preschool children have early access to creative, flexible thinking and digital integration.
Continuing the local educational tradition over the years, the quality of education and training in An Duong ward continues to be maintained and developed, the quality of comprehensive education is improved; the quality of preschool education is always in the top of the city.

Responding to the need for innovation and digital transformation in education, many schools in An Duong ward have put into use smart classrooms equipped with interactive boards, wireless connection devices, and teaching support software to help students access more intuitively, vividly and effectively.
AI has been applied in teaching - from grading, tracking learning progress, analyzing personal capacity to suggesting suitable learning paths.
Each school in An Duong ward strives to build at least one smart classroom. By 2030, the ward will be a bright spot in the city in building a smart preschool model towards piloting the construction of a socialist school model.
After the administrative unit arrangement, the scale and network of schools in An Duong ward have become increasingly stable and developed to meet the needs of socio-economic development in the locality with a total of 27 kindergartens and general schools, nearly 22,500 students/566 classes; preschool level has 10 schools and 7 groups of children, independent kindergarten classes with a total of 4,010 children/135 classes. 100% of public kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools meet national standards - a milestone affirming the attention, methodical investment and effectiveness of the local education sector.
