Today, January 13, at the People's Committee of A Ngo commune, Dakrong district, La Lay International Border Gate Border Guard Station, Quang Tri Border Guard coordinated and connected with charitable organizations and individuals to organize the program "Spring Border Guard warms the hearts of the villagers", giving hundreds of gifts to encourage and support people in the border area to celebrate the Lunar New Year of At Ty - 2025.

At the program, the organizers presented 250 gifts to policy households and families with especially difficult circumstances in the area. Each gift included necessities and 300,000 VND in cash, with a total value of 125 million VND.

In addition, the La Lay International Border Guard Station awarded 36 million VND to 18 students in the programs "Helping children go to school", "Adopted children of the border guard station", and the project "Officers and soldiers help children go to school" sponsored by the unit.

This is an annual activity of the La Lay International Border Guard Station, demonstrating the morality and tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source", showing gratitude to policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, ethnic minorities in border areas and helping students in especially difficult circumstances.

Thereby, contributing to supporting families in difficult circumstances and students to celebrate the traditional New Year more warmly and with full affection.
