In the investment sector, the People's Council of Phu Ninh district resolved to approve the public investment plan for 2025, with a total capital plan of more than 135.8 billion VND. Of which, the central budget supports more than 7 billion VND; the provincial budget is expected to be more than 30.1 billion VND and the district budget is nearly 98.7 billion VND.

Phu Ninh District People's Council unanimously decided on the investment policy for 2 group C projects in the district. Specifically: Binh Minh Kindergarten project, with the item of building a new 2-storey building with 6 classrooms, functions with a total estimated investment of 5.2 billion VND (the provincial budget supports 2.7 billion VND and the district budget 2.5 billion VND). Kim Dong Primary School project, with the item of building a new multi-purpose building with a total estimated investment of 3.5 billion VND (the provincial budget supports 1.8 billion VND and the district budget 1.7 billion VND).

At the same time, it was agreed to add the investment contents of the two above-mentioned projects to the list of public investment plans for the period 2021 - 2025.

Regarding the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2025, the People's Council of Phu Ninh district set a target to achieve an economic structure of agriculture - construction industry - trade and services: 14.12% - 40.05% - 45.83%. Average income per capita reached 65 million VND. Economic revenue in the area increased by over 10% compared to 2024.

Phu Ninh continues to maintain and improve the standards of 9/9 new rural district criteria according to Decision 320/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister. Striving to achieve the standards of advanced new rural districts...

Mr. Vu Van Tham - Chairman of Phu Ninh District People's Council requested the District People's Committee to urgently concretize and effectively implement the resolutions approved by the District People's Council. Direct and operate decisively and flexibly, propose strategic and breakthrough solutions, overcome difficulties to complete and exceed the targets of the 2025 Plan.

In the immediate future, the District People's Committee will promptly assign the 2025 plan to sectors and localities for timely implementation; urgently complete the arrangement of administrative units of Tam Vinh commune with Phu Thinh town; at the same time, develop a plan to arrange departments and offices according to the direction of the Central and the province. The District People's Committee will closely direct and implement the production of the Winter-Spring crop and essential conditions to prepare people to enjoy Tet and welcome the spring of 2025.
