Accordingly, delegates voted in favor of the policy of arranging commune-level administrative units in Thoai Son district, with specific contents: Establishing Thoai Son commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Thoai Giang commune, Binh Thanh commune and Nui Sap town; establishing Oc Eo commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Vong The commune, Vong Dong commune and Oc Eo town; establishing Dinh My commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Dinh Thanh commune, Dinh My commune and Vinh Phu commune; establishing Phu Hoa commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Phu Thuan commune, Vinh Chanh commune and Phu Hoa town; establishing Vinh Trach commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Vinh Khanh commune and Vinh Trach commune; establishing Tay Phu commune on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of An Binh commune, Tay Phu commune and My Phu Dong commune.
