Di An City People's Council: Survey of apartment project in Binh Thang ward

Yesterday morning (May 6), the survey team of the People's Council of Di An City led by Mr. Dao Quy Luat, Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the City People's Council, conducted a survey of apartment projects that have been accepted and put into use in Binh Thang Ward.

Accordingly, the delegation surveyed Samsora Riverside Apartment Building, Quyet Thang Quarter. The apartment building has a total of 1,136 apartments, the only apartment building in Binh Thang Ward that has been accepted and put into operation in October 2019; the general management fee is 6,700 VND/m2. Currently, the apartment building has established self-management groups, each group manages 4 floors, organizing regular activities for residents here. Propaganda information to residents is deployed on loudspeakers to each floor, information via social networks Facebook, Zalo, posting bulletin boards regularly updating propaganda information of the government and organizations in the apartment lobbies for people to grasp promptly. Samsora Riverside Apartment Building has established a women's association and a youth union...

During the survey, the Management Board and the Management Board of Samsora Riverside Apartment reported the contents as requested by the survey team; at the same time, they hoped that the investor would pay attention to repairing the common swimming pool, opening an additional path behind the apartment building next to the main path on National Highway 1A to facilitate the travel of residents... Through the survey, the working group of the City People's Council assessed the state management situation of the Samsora Riverside Apartment project, the compliance with policies and laws in the management and operation of the apartment building.

The working group also pointed out the shortcomings, limitations, causes, and responsibilities of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals; at the same time, requested to focus on handling the shortcomings and limitations, and improve the effectiveness of organizing the implementation of policies and laws on management and operation of Samsora Riverside Apartment in the coming time.
