
The delegation visited, encouraged and gave gifts to people in Phan Dinh Phung, Linh Son, Trung Thanh wards, Trai Cau and Diem Thuy communes. These are areas that suffered heavy damage due to floods.
At each destination, the delegation kindly visited and encouraged affected households, shared difficulties with local authorities, and hoped that people would soon stabilize their lives and restore production after the natural disaster.




During the working trip, the delegation presented more than 5,000 sets of children's clothes, televisions, household items, and many cash gifts to affected households.
Lao Cai Tourism Association continues to mobilize more support from businesses, organizations and individuals in the industry to send to Thai Nguyen in the coming time.


The gifts contain the sincere feelings and sharing of the Lao Cai tourism business community, demonstrating the social responsibility of tourism workers who always want to spread love and connect the community.
Previously, due to the effects of storm No. 11, prolonged heavy rains severely affected many areas of Thai Nguyen province, killing 7 people, flooding and damaging tens of thousands of houses; many people's properties were swept away, and nearly 3,500 households had to be urgently evacuated. The transportation, electricity and water systems and infrastructure were severely damaged, and many communes and wards were temporarily isolated. The total damage in the province was estimated at more than 12,200 billion VND.
