- Recently, the province has directed the Department of Education and Training, vocational training institutions, vocational education and continuing education centers (VET-GDTX) in the province to pay attention to investing in facilities and equipment for vocational training to create favorable conditions for students to access practical skills, meeting the requirements of the labor market.

Identifying a number of occupations with high recruitment demand and open job opportunities such as: tour guide, Chinese, restaurant - hotel services, industrial electricity and civil electricity, in recent times, the Center for Continuing Education - Information Technology and Foreign Languages of the province has coordinated with colleges and intermediate schools to organize joint training at intermediate level, focusing on synchronous investment in equipment and practice tools such as cooking stoves, processing tools, practice rooms for table service, room service, reception, along with electrical equipment systems, technical model boards, etc. This investment not only helps students practice vocational skills in a practical way, close to the working environment, but also improves the quality of training, creating a foundation for students after graduation to quickly adapt and meet the requirements of businesses and the current labor market.
Mr. Le Thanh Hung, Head of Training Management Department, Lang Son Center for Continuing Education, Information Technology and Foreign Languages, said: The center has coordinated with affiliated schools to invest in equipment and facilities to serve students' practice. In addition, every year, the center has coordinated with training institutions, colleges and intermediate schools affiliated with the center to invest in additional equipment and facilities, build new practice workshops, and purchase machinery and equipment suitable for the majors the center is training.
The automotive, mechanical, and electrical-electronics industries at Lang Son College attract a large number of students every year. With the advantage of practical-oriented fields of study, open job opportunities, and stable income, many young people have chosen to pursue the automotive, mechanical, and electrical-electronics industries. The school also regularly invests in and upgrades its practice room system, while linking training with business needs, helping students practice their skills and improve their skills. Vi Van Khoa, Faculty of Electrical-Electronics, Lang Son College, shared: The school and teachers create conditions for students to do internships at companies. All the practice equipment at the school is quite complete, with many new and modern devices to meet the needs of recruiting companies.
Sharing about the school's equipment investment, Ms. Tran Thi Hanh, Vice Principal of Lang Son College, said: The school has built and upgraded the factory, put into operation a system of equipment for practicing fashion sewing with more than 50 modern industrial sewing machines; specialized equipment; two specialized rooms for information technology, equipped with a modern and synchronous computer system. Along with that, adding electrical and mechanical equipment, installing an agricultural practice factory, applying new technology that meets standards, creating the best conditions for students' practice, meeting the requirements of the training program and the development trends of the labor market.
