The construction of two urban overpasses over the past year has made it difficult for vehicles to move. Specifically, trucks and inter-provincial passenger buses that want to go straight from Pham Hung Street to Pham Van Dong Street are not allowed to move under the Mai Dich overpass, they are only allowed to move on the Mai Dich overpass to reduce congestion at the Mai Dich - Pham Van Dong intersection.

Traffic reorganization has caused the road leading to Mai Dich overpass to be frequently congested even during non-rush hours.
