Coach Kim Sang Sik admitted that he and his players do not have much information about the Malaysian players: "Of the 30 Malaysian players, there are 18 players that we do not know yet. In the match with the Vietnamese team, there will also be 5 new players participating in the match. This makes it difficult for the Vietnamese team to evaluate the opponent's players or analyze tactics. Despite many difficulties, the Korean strategist is still very confident: "Football is a difficult sport even when we know the opponent's tactics. Coach Kim Sang Sik recalled the victory of the Southeast Asian All-Stars against MU to encourage his players: "The victory against MU made me understand more the saying: Football is unpredictable. With MU, they have to travel a lot and adapt to the climate. We are lucky in those factors. Through the match, the Southeast Asian players are also more confident that they can reach out to the world's playgrounds."
