Buon Tua Srah Hydropower Reservoir continues to operate to cut and reduce floods downstream.

Buon Kuop Hydropower Company said that the unit is operating to cut and reduce floods downstream under the direction of the Dak Lak Province Civil Defense Command.

At 10:00 a.m. on November 21, the water level of Buon Tua Srah Hydropower Reservoir was at 487.48 m and Buon Kuop Hydropower Company used the capacity from the normal water level (487.5 m) to the design flood level (487.82 m) to continue reducing spillway discharge to cut and reduce floods downstream of the reservoir.

Buon Tua Srah Hydropower Reservoir is operating to discharge floodwaters.

At 12 o'clock on the same day, Buon Tua Srah hydropower reservoir was discharging with a flow rate of 234 ^m3 /s , expected to continue to decrease. The company is continuing to monitor the development of rain and floods to regulate the reservoir appropriately to cut and reduce floods for the downstream area.
