On April 19, wards in Hoang Mai district held a conference to disseminate, guide and collect people's opinions on the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the district.

The content of the consultation includes: Asking for people's opinions on the plan to arrange new commune-level administrative units and asking for opinions on the proposed names of the new administrative units.

It is expected that from the existing 14 wards (Dinh Cong, Hoang Liet, Tuong Mai, Hoang Mai, Yen So, Vinh Hung, Linh Nam, Thanh Tri, Hoang Van Thu, Mai Dong, Dai Kim, Tran Phu, Thinh Liet, Tan Mai), Hoang Mai district will establish 7 basic administrative units: Dinh Cong, Hoang Liet, Tuong Mai, Hoang Mai, Yen So, Vinh Hung, Linh Nam.

Hoang Mai basic administrative unit has a natural area of ​​8.73 ^km2 . The administrative boundary includes most of the natural area and population of the wards: Yen So, Thinh Liet (Hoang Mai); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Giap Bat, Hoang Liet, Tan Mai, Tuong Mai, Hoang Van Thu, Vinh Hung, Linh Nam, Tran Phu (Hoang Mai).

Administrative unit boundaries: To the East, it borders Linh Nam administrative unit (boundary follows Ring Road 3); to the West, it borders Dinh Cong and Hoang Liet administrative units (boundary follows Giai Phong road); to the South, it borders Yen So administrative unit (boundary follows Ring Road 3); to the North, it borders Tuong Mai and Vinh Hung administrative units (boundary follows Tan Mai road - Ring Road 2.5 - Linh Nam road).

Vinh Hung basic administrative unit has a natural area of ​​4.37 km ^2. The administrative boundary includes most of the natural area and population of the wards: Vinh Hung, Thanh Tri (Hoang Mai); part of the natural area and population of the wards: Linh Nam (Hoang Mai); Vinh Tuy (Hai Ba Trung).

Administrative unit boundary: East side borders Linh Nam administrative unit (boundary follows Nguyen Khoi dike); West side borders Vinh Tuy and Tuong Mai administrative units (boundary follows Duong Van Be street - Tan Khai street - Linh Nam street); South side borders Hoang Mai administrative unit (boundary follows Linh Nam street); North side borders Linh Nam administrative unit (boundary follows Nguyen Khoi dike).

Administrative unit boundary: East side borders Bat Trang administrative unit (boundary follows Red River); West side borders Vinh Hung, Hoang Mai, Yen So administrative unit (boundary follows Nguyen Khoi dike and Ring Road 3); South side borders Thanh Tri administrative unit (boundary follows ward boundary); North side borders Hong Ha, Long Bien administrative unit (boundary follows Vinh Tuy bridge and Red River).

According to information from Dinh Cong Ward, as of 11:00 a.m. on April 19, 2025, in the ward, 2 working groups of the Party Cell No. 22 and the Party Cell No. 42 have completed 100% of the content of collecting public opinions.
