As one of the units that has done well in applying information technology in disseminating and educating about the law, to date, all 102/102 Youth Union branches under the Provincial Youth Union have established fanpages, operating stably and synchronously. On these platforms, the units regularly post legal documents, infographics, propaganda videos, and content for disseminating and educating about the law to Youth Union members and young people. This ensures that information is updated promptly, easily accessible, creates an interactive environment, and contributes to raising awareness and compliance with the law among young people.

The Provincial Youth Union mobilized volunteer youth teams and affiliated Youth Union branches to actively support citizens in using the national public service system. Youth Union members and young people accompanied citizens, guiding them in registering accounts, searching for records, and submitting procedures online. This activity helps citizens access public services easily and conveniently, contributing to improving the effectiveness of legal education.

The editorial board of the Provincial Youth Union's online portal maintains a well-functioning section on legal documents with a rich collection of news articles and information. Each month, the Provincial Youth Union collaborates with the An Giang Provincial Newspaper and Radio & Television to broadcast the "Youth Television" program; and cooperates with the Department of Justice to organize an online competition on legal knowledge in 2025, attracting 26,692 entries and 6,020 participants.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and Deputy Head of the Red Cross and Youth Affairs Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, stated: “In 2026, the Provincial Youth Union will continue to promote the application of information technology in disseminating and educating the public about the law, especially on social media platforms. We recognize that innovating digital communication methods is an essential requirement to bring legal knowledge to young people quickly, visually, and in a way that suits their learning habits. At the same time, each unit will have an effective digital communication channel, contributing to building a healthy legal environment for young people.”

Schools in the province also utilize social media to disseminate and educate students about the law. Many schools produce videos, infographics, or organize online mini-games, attracting students' attention and making access to legal knowledge more engaging and relevant to their technology habits. This contributes to raising awareness and fostering respect for and compliance with the law within the school environment.

With over 7,700 followers, the fanpage is considered a key channel for Huynh Man Dat Specialized High School in Rach Gia Ward to disseminate legal information to its students. Mr. Pham Van An, Secretary of the Youth Union at Huynh Man Dat Specialized High School, shared: “We have established a fixed weekly posting schedule, focusing on topics relevant to students such as traffic safety; prevention and control of school violence; safe use of social media; and the rights and obligations of minors. The school collaborates with the local police to organize direct awareness sessions for students on cybersecurity, prevention of social evils, and the legal responsibilities of minors. After each session, we post images and summaries of the content on social media so that teachers and students can review them. This approach helps to spread information more widely and creates a habit for students to proactively learn about the law.”

Often accessing legal knowledge through social media, Vo Ngoc Anh Duong, a 12th-grade literature student at Huynh Man Dat Specialized High School, shared: “My friends and I also follow the Facebook page of the Rach Gia Ward Youth Union, An Giang Provincial Youth Union. I find learning about the law through social media easier to understand; the content is concise and includes illustrations. Many videos explain real-life situations, such as how to handle online scams and traffic safety regulations, helping me understand quickly and remember for a long time. Whenever the school's Youth Union posts new articles, we often share them on our personal social media accounts with our friends, making it convenient to follow and helping everyone to learn.”
