Speaking to the delegation, Major General Phan Tung Son briefly introduced the process of construction, combat and development of the Logistics Academy over the past 72 years. Major General Phan Tung Son emphasized: In recent years, the Vietnam People's Army Logistics Academy has focused on innovation, improving the quality of education, training, and scientific research, contributing to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and gradually modernized Army to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new situation.

Major General Bua Huong Som Phong Bu Da Khan thanked the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Vietnam People's Army Logistics Academy for taking the time and warm feelings to welcome the delegation, expressed good feelings about the loyal and pure relationship between the two countries, impressions about the rapid changes of the country and the Vietnam People's Army in recent times and wished to welcome the delegation of officers from the Vietnam People's Army Logistics Academy to visit the Laos People's Army Logistics Academy in the near future.

The visit of the delegation of the Lao People's Army Logistics Academy is a practical activity to strengthen cooperation in 2023 and unify the cooperation direction in 2024 between the two Academies; strengthen the twinning relationship between the Vietnam People's Army Logistics Academy and the Lao People's Army Logistics Academy.

Major General Bua Huong Som Phong Bu Da Khan hopes that the Vietnam People's Army Logistics Academy will continue to share experiences in management, education, training, and scientific research in the coming time; as well as pay attention and create all conditions for Lao People's Army students studying at the Academy to achieve the best results.

Also in the working program, the two Academies signed a memorandum of understanding. At the end of the meeting, the delegation visited the Traditional Room, Training Operations Center, lecture halls, Military Logistics Research Institute, Library and accommodation, living and studying areas as well as met, exchanged and encouraged Lao students studying and working at the Academy.
