According to the 108 Central Military Hospital, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hoang Ngoc - Party Committee Secretary and Deputy Director of the Hospital - is the person directly in charge of the activities of the Party Committee, Party work, and political work of the hospital.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Ngoc was born in 1967 in Hanoi . In 1989, she graduated as a doctor from the Military Medical Academy. During the two years 2000-2001, she completed a training course in Internal Neurology in France and successfully defended her doctoral thesis in 2003 at the Military Medical Academy, and was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2014.
In November 2022, she was promoted to the rank of Major General. She is currently Head of the Department of Internal Neurology - 108 Institute of Clinical Medical Sciences , a standing member of the Hospital's Scientific Council, a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Stroke Association, and Vice President of the Hanoi Pain Control Association.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Hoang Ngoc has been guiding many graduate students, masters, residents and level 2 specialists.
The Vietnam People's Army has 7 female soldiers promoted to the rank of general.
