Vietnam Coast Guard inspects proactive response to storm No. 13

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 13, on November 5, in Khanh Hoa province, the Vietnam Coast Guard delegation led by Major General Le Dinh Cuong, Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard, inspected storm prevention, control and response work at units under the Coast Guard Region 3 Command.
