
At the inspected locations, the working group listened to reports and directly inspected the preparation work to respond to storm No. 13 of the units, such as: Planning work; plans, organizing forces and vehicles ready to participate in rescue and help people; organizing the mobilization of ships and boats to storm shelters; reinforcing and bracing warehouses, garages, and key locations in the barracks...


Speaking at the inspection session, Major General Le Dinh Cuong praised the proactive and urgent spirit of agencies and units in the work of preventing and fighting storm No. 13.

He requested the entire force to absolutely not be subjective, strictly maintain the on-duty system, ensure smooth communication; prepare the most carefully all conditions of human resources, means, and equipment to effectively respond to the storm according to the motto "4 on-site", "3 ready", "5 proactive", to minimize damage caused by the storm.

The Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard also requested units to focus on ensuring absolute safety for people and vehicles; be ready to receive and carry out search and rescue missions to help people when ordered.
