
Implementing the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Head of the National Civil Defense Steering Committee at the meeting on the morning of November 5 on the implementation of response work to storm No. 13, to proactively respond to storms causing heavy rain, floods, inundation, flash floods, landslides, minimizing damage to life and property of the State and people, the Department of Rescue and Relief requested the Military Region 4 Command and the Military Region 5 Command to direct the Military Commands of the provinces where the storm is expected to make landfall to prepare plans, plans, maps, forces, vehicles, food, and necessities to be stored in key areas at risk of floods, inundation, and landslides to report to the Working Group at the Forward Command Center.
The Military Region 5 Command directed the Gia Lai Provincial Military Command to advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct the preparation of necessary conditions (meeting room, logistics...), establish a Forward Command Post at the Gia Lai Provincial Military Command to serve the Government, the Prime Minister, and the National Civil Defense Steering Committee to direct and operate the response to storm No. 13.
The Military Industry - Telecommunications Group, the Signal Corps coordinate with Military Region 5 and relevant agencies to ensure smooth communication in all situations; ensure transmission lines serving the Government, the Prime Minister, and the Ministry of National Defense to direct and operate civil defense work.
Time to complete all preparations before 10:00 a.m. on November 6, 2025. The Department of Rescue and Relief requests units to implement and report the results to the General Staff through the Ministry's Command Center and the Department of Rescue and Relief to help the Ministry monitor and direct.
