Military Region 2 has just announced decisions on the mobilization and appointment of officials of the Ministry of National Defense.

Information from Military Region 2 said that on November 7, the Party Committee and Command of Military Region 2 held a ceremony to present the decision of the Ministry of National Defense on the transfer and appointment of cadres. Lieutenant General Pham Duc Duyen, Political Commissar of Military Region 2, chaired the conference.

At the conference, Colonel Khong Dinh Tam, Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 2, announced decisions on staff transfer and appointment.

Accordingly, Colonel Do Duy Chinh, Political Commissar of Phu Tho Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department, General Department of Politics. Lieutenant Colonel Luong Hoang Giang, Deputy Political Commissar of Phu Tho Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Political Commissar of Phu Tho Provincial Military Command. Colonel Dang Xuan Thanh, Deputy Commander of Lao Cai Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Head of Logistics - Engineering of Military Region 2.

Colonel Le Anh Tuan, Deputy Commander of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Deputy Commander of the Lao Cai Provincial Military Command. Colonel Nguyen Quoc Hoa, Political Commissar of Military Hospital 109, Logistics and Engineering Department of Military Region 2, holds the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Division 304. Lieutenant Colonel Trinh Van Dinh, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command, holds the position of Deputy Commander of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command.

Speaking at the conference, Lieutenant General Pham Duc Duyen affirmed that the officers transferred and appointed this time are officers with strong political will, basic training, matured from practical work, experienced in many different positions and environments and always fulfilled well the assigned duties and tasks.

Lieutenant General Duyen expects that, in their new positions, duties and units, the newly appointed personnel will continue to promote their sense of responsibility, quickly catch up with the work; constantly cultivate and improve revolutionary ethics, practice their mettle and working style, study to improve their qualifications in all aspects; continue to promote their capacity, responsibility and strengths; always be exemplary, united, strive to excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a strong and comprehensive agency and unit, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
