Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers: 24 outstanding collectives and individuals were awarded

Over the years, promoting the heroic tradition of the Vietnam Youth Volunteer Force, all levels of the association and members of the former Youth Volunteer Force of Thai Binh have always deeply imbued with Uncle Ho's teachings, actively participated in local movements; gathered and united generations of former Youth Volunteer Force, built a strong association; continued to uphold the qualities of Youth Volunteer Force, the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, promoted the role of historical witnesses, participated in resolving regimes and policies, protected the legitimate rights and interests of Youth Volunteer Force according to the provisions of law. All levels of the association have actively mobilized donations to support humanitarian and charitable activities, built a fund for comradeship, responded to the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"... Up to now, the Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteer Force has 8 district-level associations and 242 grassroots-level member organizations with over 21,000 members.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Association acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Thai Binh Veterans Association in recent years. They requested the Provincial Veterans Association and its members to continue to promote the heroic tradition, step up activities of "for comradeship", "repaying gratitude", "remembering the source of water when drinking" with many diverse and practical forms to help each other overcome difficulties and escape poverty. Promote the emulation movement of former Youth Volunteers who are willing to set a good example in following Uncle Ho's teachings, associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" with the spirit of "volunteering when young, being exemplary when old", participating in patriotic emulation movements, social activities, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Fulfill the role of historical witnesses, together with authorities at all levels and organizations, participate in resolving policies for Youth Volunteers who have completed their tasks in accordance with regulations. Closely coordinate with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to improve the quality of propaganda work and education of revolutionary traditions for the younger generation. Currently, the Party and State are carrying out a revolution to build a truly streamlined political system that operates effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new revolutionary period. We request that cadres and members of the former Youth Volunteers Association continue to trust in the Party's leadership, contribute together with the local Party Committee and government to successfully complete the tasks of 2025 and continue to build an increasingly strong association.

At the meeting, 13 outstanding collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, 11 outstanding collectives and individuals received certificates of merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Veterans Association, and many individuals were awarded the Vietnam Veterans Association medal.
