At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor thoroughly grasped and implemented important documents of the Party, the State and the superior trade unions, including: Instruction No. 01-HDBTGDVTU, dated March 27, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Education Commission "Instructions for propagating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification"; Instruction No. 02-HDBTGDVTW, dated February 25, 2025 of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission "Instructions for propagating Directive No. 42-CT/TW, dated January 16, 2025 on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of education in thrift, integrity, impartiality and impartiality".

Orienting propaganda and education work in the second quarter of 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor recommends that trade unions at all levels focus on commemorative holidays such as Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, International Labor Day associated with Workers' Month, the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh; propagating party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; organizing research, study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the 2025 theme on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on implementing social progress and justice; paying attention to and caring for the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities in Dak Lak province"; proactively coordinating with departments and branches at the same level to effectively organize propaganda activities, dissemination and education on labor law, Law on Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Traffic Safety, etc.

Activities need to be organized in many diverse and rich forms; focusing on grassroots areas, non-state enterprises, enterprises with ethnic minority workers; linking propaganda with specific actions...

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor also deployed the tasks of the second quarter's trade union work; including organizing activities to respond to the Workers' Month of 2025 with the theme "Vietnamese workers are pioneers entering the new era". Specifically, trade unions at all levels chose to carry out well a number of activities such as: the program "Creative workers, confidently entering the new era", the program "Dialogue in May" and the forum "Party with workers - Workers with the Party", the program "Thanking workers"; organizing the Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; introducing the development of party members and workers; propagating to raise awareness of union members and workers and activities to visit and give gifts to union members, workers and civil servants who are in difficult circumstances, have work-related accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, etc.
