Conference on inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement of the Party in the first quarter of 2025

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission (PC) has just held a conference to review the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline enforcement work in the first quarter and deploy tasks for the second quarter of 2025. Comrade Nguyen Trung Thao, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee and Chairman of the PC chaired the conference.

In the first quarter, Party committees and Party Inspection Commissions at all levels closely followed the political tasks of localities and units, proactively implemented inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement tasks according to the Party Charter and achieved some positive results. Party committees at all levels and Party cells inspected 122 Party organizations and 28 Party members; supervised 33 Party organizations and 7 Party members. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission conducted inspections when there were signs of violations against 11 Party members. The Inspection Commissions at all levels inspected the implementation of inspection, supervision and Party discipline enforcement tasks, and Party finances against 7 Party organizations; supervised 36 Party organizations and 4 Party members. Along with that, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Inspection Commissions of some district Party Committees verified the assets and incomes of 104 cadres and civil servants. Through inspection and supervision, Party committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels have disciplined 44 Party members, including 3 Party members who are cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Disciplinary measures include: reprimanding 8 comrades, warning 17 comrades, removing 1 comrade from office, and expelling 18 comrades. The violations of Party members are mainly violations of regulations on exemplary responsibility, things Party members are not allowed to do, taking advantage of positions and powers in performing official duties for personal gain...

Appreciating the efforts of the Party Inspection Committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee, regarding the key tasks in the second quarter of 2025, Comrade Nguyen Trung Thao, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, requested Party committees and Party Inspection Committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee to focus on disseminating, disseminating and implementing Directive No. 45 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; documents on the implementation of the arrangement and merger of provincial and communal administrative units and the organization of the 2-level local government system; new regulations of the Central Committee on Party inspection, supervision and discipline; and summarizing the inspection and supervision work for the 2020-2025 term according to the set plan. Continue to strengthen supervision, proactively grasp the situation of party organizations and party members, promptly detect and inspect party organizations and party members when there are signs of violations, especially in the process of implementing the organizational arrangement of the political system, the arrangement of administrative units and the organization of two-level local governments; resolutely consider and strictly handle party organizations, cadres and party members who violate the law; promptly, fully and accurately receive, classify and handle denunciations and complaints and proactively resolve them according to authority. Promote the implementation of Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo and the digital transformation plan in Party agencies, and deploy the digital transformation plan in the Cao Bang provincial party inspection sector.

The Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also proposed to coordinate and proactively advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel plans for the Inspection Commissions at all levels under the Provincial Party Committee when establishing new commune-level administrative units. Continue to research and advise the Party Committees to carry out inspection and supervision tasks in accordance with the conditions and actual situation in the locality and ensure the leadership, direction and organization of the implementation of the Party's resolutions and conclusions on the organization and organization of the political system's apparatus and preparations for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
