On the morning of April 12, Comrade Be Minh Duc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired a conference to collect comments on the draft Law on Roads and the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety. Attending the conference were Comrade Ha Nhat Le, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors in the province.

The Draft Road Law consists of 92 articles regulating road activities, including regulations on planning, investment, construction, management, operation, exploitation, use, maintenance, and protection of road infrastructure; road transport and state management of road activities.
The Draft Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety has 81 articles, regulating road traffic order and safety, including: road traffic rules; road vehicles; drivers participating in road traffic; commanding and controlling road traffic; patrolling and controlling road traffic order and safety; handling road traffic accidents; state management of road traffic order and safety.
Participating in giving comments on the above two draft laws, delegates proposed to add prohibited acts: driving transport vehicles to stop and drop off passengers, parking in the wrong place, on the highway; priority vehicles using horns and priority lights not for priority purposes; adding and considering regulations on electric bicycle driving skills; researching and determining the exact time frame for breaks between two driving hours; adding border patrol routes, coastal roads to the list of road structures... and some other contents. Regarding the draft regulation on the absolute ban on alcohol concentration when participating in traffic, many opposing opinions were recorded from delegates when participating in giving comments and discussions.
Acknowledging and appreciating the delegates' contributions to the draft laws, especially many in-depth and exploratory opinions, comrade Be Minh Duc, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, said that the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will fully synthesize the comments and submit them to the National Assembly for consideration and completion so that the draft laws can be soon passed at the upcoming 7th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
