According to the National Assembly's working plan, this morning, October 31, the National Assembly will hear presentations on 16 laws.

Specifically, the Minister of Public Security , authorized by the Prime Minister, presented a report on 4 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs , authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs presented the Verification Report on 5 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

The Minister of Science and Technology, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 3 projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

Then, delegates discussed in groups the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties; the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly continued to discuss in groups the draft Law on Cyber Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order./.
