More than 1,230 billion VND in insurance benefits were paid by AIA Vietnam in the first 7 months of 2025.

In the first 7 months of 2025, AIA Life Insurance Company Limited (Vietnam) paid more than 1,230 billion VND in insurance benefits to more than 120,000 cases.

This is one of the clear evidences of the commitment to financial protection and long-term companionship with customers that AIA Vietnam has steadfastly pursued during 25 years of operation in Vietnam.

Specifically, more than VND630 billion was paid for health-related benefits such as critical illness, total permanent disability, hospitalization and other medical benefits. Nearly VND450 billion was for death benefits and more than VND150 billion was spent on remaining benefits under the contract.

2025 is the 10th consecutive year that AIA has been honored in the Top 10 Prestigious Life Insurance Companies.

As of the end of July 2025, AIA Vietnam is serving more than 1.6 million customers through a network of nearly 200 offices nationwide. The total amount of insurance benefits paid has exceeded VND 15,600 billion with more than 1.5 million cases paid with an average of VND 165 - 170 billion/month since 2022.

In addition, in order to optimize customer experience in health insurance services, AIA Vietnam has officially launched AIA Health Insurance Services from July 2024 to build the capacity to manage the experience of settling insurance benefits and proactively take care of customers participating in health insurance at AIA Vietnam. After more than 1 year of implementation, AIA Vietnam has established a network of partners with more than 470 hospitals, clinics and medical facilities to provide hospital fee guarantee services to customers nationwide easily and quickly. This network will continue to be expanded and expanded in the coming time.

Currently, AIA Vietnam is maintaining a safe financial foundation with a solvency margin of up to 191%. As of June 30, 2025, AIA Vietnam's total assets reached VND 71,523 billion, an increase of 6% compared to the beginning of 2025. As a result, claims processing times have been dramatically reduced: More than 80% of claims are processed within 24 hours, 92% within 2 days, and 94.5% within 5 days. Only a small number of claims are delayed due to the need for additional documentation or additional assessments. This is clear evidence that technology has helped transform a complex process into a faster, simpler, and easier experience for customers.
