“Not just building structures, but creating destinations”

Established in 2001, originating from the field of legal consultancy, FLC quickly expanded into real estate. The first projects such as FLC Landmark Tower, FLC Complex, FLC Garden City,... laid the foundation for the FLC brand in this field.

From urban real estate, FLC continues to make its mark in the resort real estate sector, opening up the trend of developing the first tourism - resort - golf course ecosystem in Vietnam.

With the philosophy of "not just building projects, but creating destinations", FLC has awakened many pristine lands into high-class resort destinations, contributing to changing the local appearance and promoting the regional economy .

Across the S-shaped strip of land, a series of projects bearing the FLC mark such as FLC Sam Son (Thanh Hoa), FLC Quy Nhon ( Gia Lai ), FLC Ha Long (Quang Ninh), FLC Phu Tho (Phu Tho), FLC Quang Tri (Quang Tri) ... have become new symbols for Vietnam's resort tourism. Large-scale complexes, with synchronous investment from hotels, villas, golf courses, conference centers, entertainment areas to high-class service systems.

According to statistics from localities, many FLC projects have contributed to job creation, tourism promotion and regional economic growth, gradually helping to form new tourist centers in many provinces and cities.

In 2017, the FLC ecosystem was completed with the birth of Bamboo Airways, marking a new step in connecting the value chain from infrastructure investment to transportation and accommodation. Positioned as the “airline of hospitality”, Bamboo Airways quickly became one of the leading airlines in Vietnam, continuously leading in on-time flight rates and winning many prestigious international awards.

Along with production and business activities, hundreds of charity programs, environmental protection, local and community support have been implemented by FLC across the country.

Overcoming challenges

After a period of being affected by many market fluctuations and internal changes, 2025 is considered a new turning point for FLC with many positive signals.

Some large-scale real estate projects in localities are being restarted, and operations and tourist reception are gradually stabilizing again.

In particular, the return of Bamboo Airways to the FLC ecosystem is considered a complete piece for the "travel - resort - investment" model in the modern and sustainable direction that FLC is aiming for.

This is also a development trend for an airline to simply become an "aviation ecosystem", from individual flights to a chain of experiences "live - fly - stay - invest - enjoy".

On the occasion of FLC Group's 24th birthday, Bamboo Airways restored the highest card level for nearly 3 million members as a thank you to customers who have accompanied Bamboo Airways in the past time.

Bamboo Airways is currently in the process of consolidating its operations, expanding its flight network, restructuring its fleet and service system, aiming for stable, safe and efficient operations. At the same time, FLC continues to invest heavily in real estate, resorts and tourism infrastructure – the core pillars that create the value and reputation of the group’s brand.

FLC's "green color" is returning: from urban areas, resorts, to Bamboo Airways flights.
