
The entire Binh Phu commune has 1,189 households with 3,108 voters aged 18 and over who were asked to give their opinions at the conference to collect voters' opinions on the Project to rearrange commune-level administrative units on May 12. The locality has compiled a list of voters and posted it at various locations since March 23.
The commune established 4 working groups to collect voters' opinions in 4 villages. Up to now, Binh Phu has also prepared ballot boxes, decorated them, and sent invitations to each household to participate in collecting opinions.
The commune's information and propaganda team has opened a special page and column to broadcast relevant content on collecting voters' opinions, and has also hired a mobile vehicle to carry out the task. Security and order work before, during and after the conference to collect voters' opinions has been deployed by the police and military forces of Binh Phu commune.
During the inspection and working session, Vice Chairman of Thang Binh District People's Committee Nguyen Van Huy requested the Binh Phu Commune authorities to concentrate all their efforts and prepare fully and carefully for this conference to collect voters' opinions. Voter opinion ballots must be carried out in accordance with regulations to avoid mistakes.
In addition, the conference to collect voters' opinions on the Project to rearrange commune-level administrative units in the district must fully deploy the content, ensure the requirements, and focus on propaganda so that voters can fully participate in accordance with regulations.

On May 12, four localities including Binh Chanh, Binh Phu, Binh Dinh Nam and Binh Dinh Bac will hold a conference to collect voters' opinions on the Project on rearranging commune-level administrative units in the district, period 2023-2025.
According to the project, the entire natural area and population of Binh Chanh commune will be merged into Binh Phu commune; the natural area and population of Binh Dinh Bac commune and Binh Dinh Nam commune will be merged to establish a new administrative unit, Binh Dinh commune.
There are 5,352 households with 14,061 voters aged 18 and over in communes implementing administrative unit arrangement participating.
