More than 400 publications are displayed at the Spring Newspaper Festival of At Ty 2025

(CLO) On the morning of January 17, at the Ha Tinh Temple of Literature, the Ha Tinh Provincial Journalists Association coordinated with the Ha Tinh Department of Information and Communications and the Ha Tinh City People's Committee to organize the opening ceremony of the At Ty Spring Press Festival 2025.

Attending the opening ceremony were Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung, Head of Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Ha Van Hung, Secretary of City Party Committee Duong Tat Thang, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau, leaders of departments, branches and a large number of officials and reporters from news agencies and newspapers in Ha Tinh province.

At the event, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Xuan Hai, Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial Journalists Association launched a peak emulation campaign. He called on press and media agencies and staff and reporters in the province to actively carry out propaganda work on local achievements in all fields; promote the dissemination of new policies and guidelines, as well as major holidays and events of the homeland and the country. At the same time, he emphasized the need to enhance the responsibility of each individual in the press industry, making practical contributions to the cause of national construction and innovation.

Ha Tinh Journalists Association, together with journalist branches, clubs, representative offices, and resident reporters, have connected nearly 300 gifts to give to people in difficult circumstances.

At the program, the Provincial Journalists Association, along with its branches, affiliated journalist clubs, representative offices, and resident reporters, connected, called for, and mobilized nearly 300 gifts worth nearly 150 million VND for families in difficult circumstances and poor students who overcame difficulties and studied well in Ha Tinh city.

Units under the Provincial Journalists Association, individuals and businesses in the area also presented Tet support symbols to the poor in Ha Tinh City.

This year, the Spring Newspaper Festival displayed and exhibited more than 400 newspapers and publications of central press agencies, Ha Tinh press, and local news.

More than 400 press publications displayed at the 2025 Spring Press Festival attracted a large number of delegates and visitors.

The 2025 Spring Press Festival is the opening event for a series of activities to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; practically celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), towards the 50th anniversary of the complete liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the 135th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025) and major holidays and important events of the country and of Ha Tinh in 2025.
