Leaked images believed to be internal documents from a Honda Vietnam dealer meeting have quickly attracted the attention of the online community. According to the information in the document, the domestically assembled Honda CR-V e:HEV model will be delivered to customers from early 2026, with some notable changes compared to the current imported version.

Specifically, the assembled CR-V e:HEV RS version will keep the same price as the current RS version (about 1.259 billion VND), but will be slightly upgraded with a new generation push-button gear lever.
In addition, Honda Vietnam plans to add a new hybrid version with a more affordable price called e:HEV L, positioned below the RS version and about 50 million VND cheaper. To achieve a competitive price, this version will cut some equipment such as sunroof, interior lighting strip, sound system with only 8 speakers instead of 12 high-end Bose speakers, and small 7-inch center screen.

If the shared plan goes according to plan, the domestically assembled CR-V Hybrid will start accepting orders from November 20, 2025, officially launch before Lunar New Year and deliver cars to customers from February 2026.
The switch to domestic assembly is expected to help this model increase its competitiveness in the C-class SUV segment in Vietnam, especially in the context that consumers are gradually becoming more interested in fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly hybrid cars.
