Accordingly, the Industrial Park No. 01 project has a planning area of nearly 259 hectares, located in Tan Minh (Yen My) and Xuan Truc (An Thi) communes. The project is divided into 2 sub-areas, of which sub-area No. 1 has an area of about 251.02 hectares; sub-area No. 2 has an area of about 7.8 hectares. In nature, this is a high-tech industrial park, attracting high-tech and information technology investment projects in the list of industries and professions with special investment incentives according to the provisions of the law on investment, projects with technology transfer in the list of technologies encouraged for transfer according to the provisions of the law on technology transfer...; at least 30% of the industrial land area of the industrial park is used to attract these investment projects. In addition, the industrial park is allowed to attract investment in other fields according to the provisions of the law and the province at the permitted rate.
