(Dan Tri) - In February, 93 plots of land in An Thi and Phu Cu districts ( Hung Yen province) will be auctioned, starting from 11 million VND to 25 million VND/m2.
On February 16, An Thi district (Hung Yen) will auction 32 plots of land in Hamlet 12, Bai Say commune. Accordingly, the plots of land have an area of over 83-123m2/plot, with starting prices of 16-21.6 million VND/m2, equivalent to 1.3-2.6 billion VND/plot.
The auction is conducted by direct secret ballot in one round at the auction, with ascending bid method. The bid step is 100,000 VND/m2. The auction is held at the Cultural House of Bai Say Commune.

On February 23, the Property Auction Service Center (Department of Justice of Hung Yen province) organized an auction of the right to use 23 land lots (LK-1 to LK-23) in Binh Tri village, An Thi town. The starting price of the land lots is 25 million VND/m2, the deposit is 870 million VND. The venue is at the People's Committee of An Thi town.
On February 26, the People's Committee of Phu Cu District (Hung Yen Province) will organize an auction for the right to use 38 land lots in Residential Area No. 6, Tong Phan Commune. The land lots have an area of 105.5-149m2. The starting price of the land lots is 11-13.2 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1.1 billion VND to more than 1.9 billion VND. The deposit for the land lots is from 236.5 million VND to nearly 395 million VND.
Auction method: Direct secret ballot in 1 round for each plot of land; ascending bid method. The step price is 500,000 VND/m2. The auction will take place at Phu Cu District Cultural House.
