According to the official document, in implementation of Guidance No. 168-HD/BTGTW dated September 23, 2024, of the Central Propaganda Department on disseminating major and key themes from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposes:
Agencies and units under the Ministry: Based on their functions and tasks, implement propaganda activities on major and key themes from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party, in accordance with the guidance of the Central Propaganda Department.
Press agencies under the Ministry: Develop special pages and sections, and organize the dissemination of content in accordance with the Guidelines of the Central Propaganda Department.
The Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism , and the Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces/cities directly under the Central Government, based on their functions and duties, shall coordinate with relevant departments and agencies and direct their subordinate units to organize the dissemination of information according to the Guidelines of the Central Propaganda Department. They shall advise and develop local plans for disseminating information on major and key themes from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party. They shall organize visual propaganda activities, including billboards, posters, posters, electronic displays, exhibitions, and cultural, artistic, and sports activities implemented according to the Guidelines of the Central Propaganda Department.
