Guidelines for disseminating major, key topics from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party

According to the official dispatch, implementing Instruction No. 168-HD/BTGTW dated September 23, 2024 of the Central Propaganda Department on propagating major and key topics from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposes:

Agencies and units under the Ministry: Based on their functions and tasks, carry out propaganda activities on major and key topics from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party according to the guidance of the Central Propaganda Department.

Press agencies under the Ministry: Build specialized pages and columns, organize propaganda of contents according to the instructions of the Central Propaganda Department.

Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism , Department of Culture and Sports of provinces/cities directly under the Central Government, based on their functions and tasks, coordinate with relevant departments, branches and sectors and direct their affiliated units to organize propaganda on contents according to the instructions of the Central Propaganda Department. Advise and develop local plans on propaganda of major and key topics from now until the 14th National Congress of the Party. Organize visual propaganda activities on billboards, posters, propaganda paintings, electronic boards, exhibitions and cultural, artistic and sports activities implemented according to the instructions of the Central Propaganda Department.
