Huu Lung: Cleared 210 hectares of land for VSIP Lang Son industrial park project - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- According to the report of the People's Committee of Huu Lung district, by the end of May 6, 2025, Huu Lung district had cleared the land for the investment project to build and operate infrastructure of VSIP Lang Son industrial park phase 1 with an area of ​​210 hectares (exceeding 10 hectares compared to the plan of phase 1).

In particular, in April 2025 alone, the District People's Committee issued 10 decisions approving compensation and support plans for 68 cases, with a total cost of 7.35 billion VND; paid 71 cases, with a total amount of 50.86 billion VND, completing site clearance for an area of ​​29.96 hectares.

Accumulated to May 6, 2025, the District People's Committee has issued 37 decisions approving compensation and support plans for 936 affected cases, with a total cost of more than 558 billion VND corresponding to an area of ​​216.12 hectares; paid for 786 cases with an amount of more than 486 billion VND, completing site clearance of 210 hectares (reaching 105% of the area of ​​phase 1).

Currently, the People's Committee of Huu Lung district is issuing a notice to reclaim land in phase 2 of an area of ​​250 hectares and conducting an inventory from June 2025, striving to complete the site clearance in phase 2 in 2025. From there, it will create favorable conditions for investors to carry out site clearance and build basic infrastructure to attract secondary investors to production and business.

It is known that the investor is carrying out site clearance construction on an area of ​​60.1 hectares that has been handed over by the People's Committee of Huu Lung district at the adjacent site and the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone has granted a construction permit.
