Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and encouraged production and business

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc visited and grasped the production and business situation at Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company.

Also attending were leaders of the Department of Finance, Department of Industry and Trade, Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, Provincial People's Committee Office, etc.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation visited Ninh Binh Fertilizer Company Limited under the Vietnam Chemical Group (Khanh Phu Industrial Park, Yen Khanh District). In recent years, the production and business situation of the Company has improved, the environment and landscape are guaranteed, and the workers are well taken care of.

As a result, in 2024, the Company completed the production plan 40 days ahead of schedule; output reached more than 503 thousand tons of urea equivalent - the highest ever; total revenue was approximately 4,900 billion VND; export value reached nearly 35 million USD.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Company's total revenue reached 1,400 billion VND. The Company is creating jobs for nearly 1,000 employees with an average income of about 14 million VND/person/month.

The Company has seriously implemented the projects of treating exhaust gas, wastewater, waste, landscape, and trees, contributing to stabilizing production and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions. The Company has installed a solar power system to help reduce CO2 emissions, increased investment in technology, reduced coal usage; planted more trees; invested in installing an emission and dust monitoring system in accordance with the law.

With innovative business management solutions, fuel savings, environmental control, administrative procedure reform, digital transformation, etc., the Company strives to exceed the set plan in 2025, contributing to the implementation of the province's double-digit economic growth target.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the visit and encouraged production of Ninh Binh Nitrogen Company Limited.

After listening to the Company's report, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the Company's achievements in recent years.

With solutions to restructure the organization, improve techniques, and improve the working environment, the Company has made significant changes in production and business, with higher revenue year after year, product quality recognized by the market, creating jobs and stable income for employees, contributing to the overall development of the province.

In particular, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee praised the Company's initiative in innovating production thinking and making breakthroughs in science and technology to initially form a green economic model, a circular economy, reduce environmental pollution, and at the same time create greater added value. This demonstrates the direction of effective production and business, innovation that needs to be further promoted and expanded.

Regarding some suggestions from the Company, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the sectors and levels, according to their functions, focus on reviewing and researching solutions to overcome existing problems and remove difficulties for businesses such as improving industrial park infrastructure, drainage systems, environmental sanitation, scientific research, expanding consumer markets, promoting propaganda to promote and market products to farmers in and outside the province.

The delegation visited the Pure Liquid CO2 Production Factory of Ninh Binh Industrial Gas Joint Stock Company, in Khanh Phu Industrial Park.

The delegation also visited the Pure Liquid CO2 Production Plant of Ninh Binh Industrial Gas Joint Stock Company, in Khanh Phu Industrial Park. The project has contributed to collecting and treating about 48.72 million m3 of emissions from Ninh Binh Fertilizer Plant (accounting for about 17% of the total emissions emitted by Ninh Binh Fertilizer Plant), contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and protecting the ecological environment of Khanh Phu Industrial Park and surrounding areas.

After visiting and learning about the production process of the Factory, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the Company's dynamism and creativity in technical innovation, scientific and technological breakthroughs to create new products and hoped that the Company would deploy and replicate the green economic model and circular economy in industrial parks and clusters.

At Gian Khau Industrial Park, Gia Vien District, the Delegation visited Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company. Currently, the project of Factory No. 1 and Phase 1 of Factory No. 2 have been put into stable operation. In the first 5 months of 2025, the output is estimated at over 21,000 vehicles of all kinds; the export value is estimated at 10.16 million USD; the import value is estimated at over 252 million USD; the budget contribution is estimated at over 4,200 billion VND; creating jobs for 1,526 workers.

In 2025, the Company strives to achieve revenue of VND 24,602 billion; estimated output of 57,620 vehicles of all kinds; estimated export value of USD 23.4 million; budget contribution of about VND 13,108 billion.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation also visited the engine manufacturing workshop of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Manufacturing Joint Stock Company. Here, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee encouraged the staff and workers to continue to make more efforts to increase product productivity, develop and expand business; especially in applying advanced and modern technologies to create new products with high technical content and economic value, contributing to the development of Vietnam's automobile industry and accompanying the province in socio-economic development.

The delegation visited and encouraged the implementation of the Hop Chi Vietnam Precision Electronics Factory Investment Project of Hop Chi Vietnam Precision Electronics Company Limited (Gia Phu Industrial Park, Gia Vien District).

Visiting the Hop Chi Vietnam Precision Electronics Factory Construction Investment Project of Hop Chi Vietnam Precision Electronics Company Limited (Gia Phu Industrial Park, Gia Vien District), Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc acknowledged the efforts of the investor in implementing the Project to achieve the set progress.

To date, the project has completed 95% of the construction volume and is completing auxiliary items to put into operation. It is expected that after completion, it will contribute to creating jobs for 750 local workers; participating in the production and processing of products and accessories for the electronics industry from plastic and metal; mechanical products; electronic products such as sports equipment, health measurement equipment, audio speaker products, etc.

He also requested relevant departments and branches to coordinate to remove difficulties and provide maximum support to enterprises so that the Project can soon come into operation, create jobs for local workers and increase industrial production value, making a positive contribution to the State budget.
