During this year’s Youth Month, the youth of Go Dau district carried out many exciting activities, attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate. Typically, the program “Journey to the source” at the Cu Chi Tunnels historical site helped union members understand more about the indomitable fighting spirit of their ancestors, with 30 union members participating.
The work of building the Youth Union was focused on with 1,207 new members admitted, 71 outstanding members were introduced to the Party for consideration of admission. The District Youth Union also implemented the model "Journey of Faith", giving 50 gifts to disadvantaged youth, with a total cost of 40 million VND.
In addition, the District Youth Union actively responded to provincial and central level activities such as: Peak day of "Volunteering to build new countryside", "Earth Hour", model "10,000 steps per day"... In which, more than 3,625 union members and youth participated, contributing to planting 625 new trees, distributing 900 environmentally friendly bags, supporting people to use online public services, with a total cost of more than 45 million VND.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 8 individuals with outstanding achievements in Youth Month activities in 2025.
