Maps and plans for the arrangement of administrative units at commune and provincial levels are publicly posted at the Re Street Cultural House, An Nghia Commune, Lac Son District.

Up to this point, the preparation work has been completed, ready for the conference to collect voters' opinions on the morning of April 22.

Along with An Nghia, preparations to collect voters' opinions on the plan to arrange administrative units are being focused on and implemented by other localities in the district.

Comrade Bui Van Kia, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, said: To ensure consistency in content, order and procedures for collecting opinions from people in communes and towns on the Project on arranging administrative units at provincial and commune levels, the district has directed localities to thoroughly and seriously implement the guiding documents of the Central Government and the province. Especially the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat; Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee; Resolution of the Government on arranging administrative units at all levels. Thereby creating changes in the awareness and actions of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers in the political system; creating consensus and support from the people and public opinion in implementing the arrangement of administrative units. The district has also directed sectors and localities to post the Summary Project (plan) for merging provinces and the Summary Project (plan) for arranging administrative units at commune level on the district's Electronic Information Portal. At the same time, establish a working group to direct the collection of voters' opinions on the plan and project to arrange administrative units at the provincial and communal levels; establish a vote counting team at the points where voters' opinions are collected; arrange locations to collect voters' opinions in public places such as cultural houses, halls, schools, etc.

The district has directed localities to assign cadres, civil servants, party cell secretaries, hamlet and street chiefs, and heads of the residential area front work committees to arrange ballot distribution tables and guide voters to vote, ensuring quickness and convenience (when distributing ballots to voters, there will be a list of voters marked for easy monitoring, and the number of voters who have voted and have not voted to arrange appropriate voting methods). Monitor the list of voters who have received ballots, and instruct them to fill in the information on the ballots completely to ensure the correct number of voters representing households participating in the survey is determined.

Surveys at the polling stations in the district showed that all had seriously and fully implemented the list of voters representing households in the polling area; posted plans and maps of the plan to arrange administrative units at the commune level of Hoa Binh province directly related to the unit; and the plan to establish Phu Tho province (based on the merger of the three provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh). The communes agreed that the blue ballots were the ballots for merging provinces, and the white ballots were the ballots for merging communes. Information on the establishment of provinces and communes was printed on the back of the ballots. Each polling station arranged 2 ballot boxes with clear content.

It is expected that Lac Son district will simultaneously collect voters' opinions on April 22 and summarize the vote counting results, reporting to the district People's Committee immediately after the end of voting (expected before 4:00 p.m. on April 22, 2025) to ensure the progress of the next steps.
