From the Project on population stabilization and socio -economic development in the Da River resettlement area of ​​Hoa Binh province, some sections of provincial road 433 in Da Bac district were upgraded.

The above project has a total investment of VND 4,053,256 billion (central budget capital of over VND 2,988 billion, capital from integrated programs of VND 1,064,825 billion), implementation period until the end of 2025. Therefore, from now until the end of the year, it is necessary to focus on accelerating the progress to ensure the effective use of State investment capital.

The project is being implemented in 34 commune-level administrative units in the Da River resettlement area in Hoa Binh city and the districts of Da Bac, Tan Lac, Cao Phong, Kim Boi, Yen Thuy, Lac Thuy, and Lac Son. Currently, the beneficiary localities are focusing resources, synchronously implementing solutions, and striving to ensure the progress of investment contents.

Regarding the situation of infrastructure construction projects, the progress of newly started projects in the period of 2021 - 2025 is much slower than planned. According to the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects for Industrial, Agricultural and Civil Works: 7 projects have a total investment of 1,100 billion VND; the capital plan for 2025 is 486,867 billion VND. These projects are facing difficulties in site clearance, and problems have also arisen during the construction process, leading to slow construction progress and slow disbursement of capital. Therefore, investors and relevant agencies and units are actively coordinating to remove difficulties and strive to speed up progress in the coming time.
