Thach An District Party Committee and People's Committee deploy tasks and plans for 2025

Thach An district has just held a conference to summarize the work in 2024 and deploy tasks and plans for 2025. Comrade To Vu Lap, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee attended and gave a speech at the conference.

In 2024, the entire Party Committee admitted 123 new party members, reaching 102.5% of the plan; 17/21 targets met and exceeded the set plan. Total grain output is estimated at 17,297.6 tons, reaching 101.83% of the plan, 107.5% over the same period. Industrial and handicraft production value reached 142% of the plan. The value of crop and aquaculture products reached 151% of the plan. Implemented key projects of the district, especially the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh ( Cao Bang ) Expressway Project, resettlement area project. Implemented the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the district, reaching 420 houses, reaching 55% of the target with a total disbursement of over 11.2 billion VND.
In 2025, Thach An district strives for a total grain output of 16,901.60 tons; industrial and handicraft production value of 22 billion 855 million VND; state budget revenue of 26 billion 800 million VND; poverty rate reduced by 5.75%; 90% of grassroots Party organizations completing their tasks well, of which 20% completed their tasks excellently; 80% of Party members completing their tasks well or better...

Speaking at the conference, Comrade To Vu Lap, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, requested Thach An district to focus on directing and accelerating the implementation of the goals set out in the Resolution of the 20th District Party Congress; streamlining the organization to be lean, effective and efficient; ensuring progress; doing a good job of ideological work for Party members and cadres; disseminating policies and regimes for redundant cadres; stepping up propaganda and preparation for Party Congresses at all levels, organizing well the collection of opinions on draft Party Congress documents; reviewing and promptly paying compensation for site clearance to households, resolving issues arising during the construction of the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway project; doing a good job of social security; directing armed forces to proactively grasp the situation, political security, and ensure social order and safety.

On this occasion, the District Party Committee awarded 7 Party cells that met the criteria of "Excellent completion of tasks" in 2024; 9 Party members who met the criteria of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years. The District People's Committee awarded 23 "Advanced Labor" collectives in 2024; presented certificates of merit to 14 collectives with achievements in 2024 and awarded the title of "Grassroots Emulation Fighter" to individuals.
