The Decision has the following content: Approving the adjustment and supplement to the 2025 Land Use Plan of Son Tay town approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 260/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2025.

Specifically: Adjust and supplement 16 works and projects with a total land use area of ​​about 108.88 hectares in the List of works and projects implemented in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Son Tay town; adjust the content of the List of works and projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan including 78 projects, total area of ​​469.29 hectares, in Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 260/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2025, into the List of works and projects in the 2025 Land Use Plan, including 80 projects, total area of ​​533.18 hectares.
