'Terminator' Arnold Schwarzenegger is happy with girlfriend Heather Milligan, 27 years younger

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter in May 2023, Arnold Schwarzenegger (75 years old) talked about continuing his relationship with his "wonderful girlfriend" after his divorce from Maria Shriver.

"Heather is so successful. I'm really proud of her and I love her," he said of Milligan.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver were married for 25 years and divorced in 2011 due to the actor's infidelity. They have four children: Katherine, Christina, Patrick, and Christopher.

Despite their divorce, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Shriver have remained close as they co-parent their adult children. "She and I are really good friends, very close, and we take great pride in the way we raise our children," he said.

Heather Milligan is a physical therapist with “over 20 years of experience,” according to her bio on Elite OrthoSport, the company she founded in 2013. In addition to her physical therapy degree, Heather also holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Milligan is incredibly fit. Before founding Elite OrthoSport, she was a competitive gymnast for 20 years. She has also worked “with athletes of all ages and levels of competition including boxing, tennis, figure skating, volleyball, soccer, track and field, gymnastics…”

Heather Milligan has always had a close relationship with Schwarzenegger's children and often hangs out with them on various occasions.

In November 2017, Milligan posed with Schwarzenegger and son Patrick at the GQ Men of The Year Awards. In November 2018, she and Schwarzenegger stepped out with daughter Katherine and son-in-law Chris Pratt at FIG restaurant and the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica, California.

Heather Milligan has always had a close relationship with Schwarzenegger's children.

"Chris and Katherine met Arnold and his girlfriend Heather for breakfast Sunday at FIG restaurant. Arnold seemed happy to have Chris and Katherine with him," a source told People at the time.

In September 2022, she and Schwarzenegger met many family members as they enjoyed drinks with sons Christopher and Patrick at Oktoberfest in Germany.

Two months before Maria Shriver filed for divorce (July 2011), Arnold Schwarzenegger publicly admitted that he had a son, Joseph (25 years old), with the family's longtime housekeeper, Mildred Patricia Baena.
