Recently, an account named Tran Tuan posted an article and pictures of a buffet restaurant at 225 Hang Bong (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi ). This person said that the picture was taken on October 20. When he accidentally saw the kitchen area, Mr. Tuan was scared because of the messy, dirty scene, feeling like "wanting to vomit all the food he had eaten before".

The photo shows the restroom area next to the raw material storage area with large shelves, plastic trays, and a freezer. Many hot pots, vegetables, sweet potatoes, and spices were scattered on the ground. Notably, two trays of pork belly were also placed directly on the dirty ground.

"The food was indescribably bad," the customer commented. "But many other people still ate it deliciously," he added. A while later, he went to find a restroom and accidentally came to the kitchen area on the second floor of the restaurant. "I couldn't believe that was what I had just eaten. I just wanted to throw up. After seeing that scene, my friend and I left immediately," Mr. Tuan said.
