Opening of the 1st Autumn Fair - 2025: More than 3,000 booths gathering the best products from across the country

On the evening of October 25, the first Autumn Fair - 2025 officially opened in Hanoi. Attending the opening ceremony were Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, along with leaders of the Party, State, ministries and central branches. On the side of Hung Yen province, there was comrade Nguyen Le Huy, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and leaders of a number of relevant departments and branches.

The 1st Autumn Fair 2025 is a national trade and cultural event, gathering more than 3,000 booths on a total area of ​​over 130,000 m², displaying the quintessence of products from 34 provinces and cities across the country with the participation of corporations, general companies and private enterprises. The displayed products are diverse, including: heavy industry, light industry, cultural industry, science and technology, agricultural products, processed foods, trade services and consumer goods.

With the theme “Connecting people with production and business”, the fair is expected to attract about 500,000 visitors per day. Within the framework of the fair, more than 30 thematic events will be held including: networking conferences, trade promotion forums, innovation workshops, business talk shows, along with a series of cultural and artistic activities, fashion shows, sports, cuisine and folk games.

Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh praised the efforts of the Organizing Committee and emphasized that the fair is an economic and cultural event of special importance, not only on a national scale but also on an international scale; contributing to honoring typical products and brands with Vietnamese identity and intelligence, stimulating domestic consumption, spreading the spirit of "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", promoting trade, investment, and international integration; aiming for an economic growth target of over 8% in 2025 and reaching double digits in the following years.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee   Nguyen Le Huy   visited the exhibition area of ​​Hung Yen province. The exhibition area of ​​the province at the Fair has an area of ​​over 200 m² with the theme "Hung Yen integration and development", gathering more than 20 participating enterprises and production establishments. Hung Yen province's products are displayed in main groups: handicrafts, local specialties, typical industrial products and OCOP products, clearly reflecting the potential, strengths, as well as the province's efforts to innovate and integrate in economic development and local brand building.
