The exhibition “Photography without Borders” officially opened on the afternoon of November 27 at Nguyen Van Binh Book Street ( Ho Chi Minh City), creating a highlight for the 2025 International Photography Festival - considered the biggest event in the photography industry this year.
Not only a space to enjoy works, the exhibition brings the feeling of photography as a "common language", contributing to connecting domestic creatives with international friends.

More than 100 works by 50 Vietnamese artists and 14 international groups were introduced, recreating diverse perspectives on culture and life. Artist Doan Hoai Trung, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Photography Association, assessed that the spirit of “no borders” is expressed in the ability to bring people closer together through visual experiences, where each photo not only captures a moment but also opens up reflections on culture and life.
This year's event takes place in parallel with the "HOPA 3rd 2025 International Art Photography Competition", creating opportunities for Vietnamese artists to exchange and approach international standards.
As the opening activity for the 2025 International Photography Festival taking place on November 28 at the Youth Cultural House, the exhibition also introduces the highlights of this year's Festival such as the 3rd International Photo Contest sponsored by FIAP - ISF and VAPA; the international art photography road on the Dong Khoi - Nguyen Du axis and the international photography fair with nearly 100 booths from brands such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fujifilm, Epson, Samsung...

In addition, the organizers also launched the Photomarathon contest “Ho Chi Minh City - Tourist Destination” with many activities such as workshops, discussions, exchanges, and photo auctions taking place, before the event ends with the closing ceremony and award ceremony on the evening of November 30.
