Urgently deploy emulation peak to break through and successfully complete the 2025 task

The Prime Minister requested Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to urgently and synchronously implement tasks and solutions to overcome difficulties, especially the impacts of recent natural disasters and floods, according to Resolutions No. 347/NQ-CP and No. 380/NQ-CP of the Government and telegrams and directives of the Prime Minister. Focus on leadership, direction and administration more proactively, resolutely and creatively, enhance the responsibility of leaders in leading, directing the implementation and propagating the emulation campaign in a practical and effective manner, with a vibrant and widespread emulation spirit, creating strong changes in each Party committee and government at all levels according to the motto "innovative thinking, development creation, determined action, exemplary leadership, dedicated dedication, serving the people". At the same time, promoting the spirit of "each person works as two" and "doing one good deed every day", unaffected places promote production and business to exceed the plan to compensate for localities in the Central and Central Highlands regions heavily affected by natural disasters and storms and floods, arousing patriotism and launching peak emulation campaigns suitable to the circumstances and realities of ministries, branches and localities to overcome difficulties and challenges to exceed the set targets and plans for 2025.

The Prime Minister also requested to continue promoting the fine tradition of mutual love, "national love, compatriots' love", the spirit of solidarity, unity, solidarity, standing shoulder to shoulder to overcome all difficulties and challenges, promptly supporting localities affected by natural disasters and storms and floods to effectively ensure the spirit of "a piece of food when hungry is worth a package when full". Determined to quickly stabilize the people's situation and restore livelihoods for people in storm- and flood-affected areas as soon as possible, promote production and business recovery, actively promote economic growth, first of all, strive for a national growth of over 8% in 2025; create a solid foundation, momentum, force, and position to achieve the double-digit growth target in the following years.

This is a very important and urgent task that needs to be urgently focused on and completed. The Prime Minister requested that Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Government agencies, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities take initiative and creativity; the Central Government sets an example and acts first, and localities follow in a flexible and effective manner; prioritize time to care for, lead, and direct affiliated agencies and units to seriously carry out the tasks assigned by superiors.

The Government Office guides the offices of ministries, branches and localities to submit weekly reports before 3:00 p.m. every Friday and monitor and urge the implementation of this Official Dispatch according to assigned functions and tasks; promptly report to the Prime Minister at 3:00 p.m. every Sunday to promptly direct the handling of any arising issues.
