Accordingly, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province assigned the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Police, the People's Committee of Nha Trang ward, the People's Committee of Dong Hai ward and relevant agencies and units to develop and implement the Plan to organize low-altitude fireworks display on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) to ensure safety, security, order and compliance with regulations to serve the people and tourists attentively.
Specifically, the fireworks display will start at 9:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025, after an art performance for local audiences and tourists in Nha Trang. The fireworks will last for 15 minutes, with an estimated number of 150 sets per location. The Provincial Military Command will carry out the display, using socialized funding.
Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Military Command coordinated with agencies, departments, branches and sectors to organize low-altitude fireworks displays after the art performance program celebrating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), complying with regulations on the management and use of fireworks and related legal regulations, ensuring safety for the event to serve the people and tourists attentively.
