Inauguration of phase 1 of the project "Community cultural living space" in Khanh Hong commune

Over the years, the Party Committee and the government of Khanh Hong commune have always paid attention to building the cultural and spiritual life of the people. Along with focusing on economic development, the locality has always paid attention to building cultural institutions, creating healthy and useful entertainment spaces to serve the needs of local people.

The project "Community cultural activity space" of Khanh Hong commune, phase 1, is being implemented in the center of the commune, near schools.

After more than 1 month of active implementation, up to now, phase 1 of the project has been completed, including the following items: leveling the ground over 2,000m2, widening the road, paving the sidewalk, repairing the drainage system, upgrading the lighting system, planting shade trees, creating beautiful and harmonious miniatures such as: the central stone shaped like a green dinosaur with the words Khanh Hong Green engraved on it, the stone shaped like a dolphin, a prehistoric man, a map of Vietnam; planting grass, plants such as cycads, laurels, pink swallows, silver swallows; in the playground, there are Ukrainian version of swings, Greek version of swings, Korean version of love chairs, seesaws... copied from new games brought to the district center, through practice in the past time, people, especially children, are very excited to experience.

To implement the construction of the project, Khanh Hong commune has promoted propaganda, mobilized, done well in socialization work and received active support from the children of the hometown. Among them, the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Strategic Director of Sofia Company, a native of Khanh Hong, donated 1 billion VND.

The project was inaugurated and put into use on the 135th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday, which is a useful work to concretize the study and follow of President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style by local Party committees and authorities in taking care of the material and spiritual life of the people, forming public spaces, meeting the needs of entertainment, improving the spiritual life of local people.

This will also become a place that can organize cultural and artistic events of the new commune after the merger and aim to develop and expand into a tourist and experience spot for tourists and people inside and outside the commune, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development.
