Unexpected rewards for individuals who helped women give birth in the fields

The provincial police and the People's Committee of Son Hoa district have just unexpectedly awarded individuals who supported and helped a pregnant woman give birth in the field while working for hire. Specifically, the People's Committee of Son Hoa district awarded 6 individuals from the on-duty force of Phuoc Tan commune police and the medical team of Phuoc Tan commune health station. The provincial police awarded Major Tong Quang Phuong, Deputy Chief of Commune Police; Captain Siu Plul and Lieutenant Phung Xuan Hien, officers of Phuoc Tan commune police.

Previously, at around 10:00 a.m. on April 27, Phuoc Tan Commune Police received a report from the people that Ms. Pham Thi Chai ( born in 1984 ) , residing in Ba To district , Quang Ngai province) was working on the farm at Da Ban hamlet when she suddenly went into labor and gave birth. Upon receiving the report, Lieutenant Colonel Tong Quang Phuong, Captain Siu Plul and Lieutenant Phung Xuan Hien arrived at the scene, coordinated with the commune health workers and local people to bring Ms. Chai and her child to the commune health station safely .
