Construction of Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing - Marina Home started
(BD) - On the morning of April 24, in Hai Cang ward (Quy Nhon city), Binh Dinh Maritime Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony of Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing - Marina Home.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing Project is invested and built on a land area of about 5,100 m2; including a 24-storey apartment building, with about 530 apartments (area from 42.3 - 76.54 m2/apartment), total construction floor area of over 42,000 m2; technical infrastructure works, gardens, trees... The investment project is expected to be completed and handed over in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang said that Binh Dinh province always determines that the goal of economic development must be closely linked to ensuring social security, solving housing problems for the poor, low-income people, workers... contributing to settling down and having a happy life.

In recent times, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee have focused on leading and directing the promotion of social housing development, including social housing development targets in the system of 5-year and annual socio-economic development targets of the province. The province has issued a mechanism to support the implementation of social housing projects, organized the development of plans and issued instructions for implementation, in accordance with local practical conditions. At the same time, it has promoted administrative procedure reform, the progress of processing and resolving records and procedures in a streamlined and convenient direction; developed open and appropriate policies... for social housing investment projects.

Binh Dinh Maritime Social Housing is one of the social housing projects in the province responding to the Investment Program to build at least 1 million social housing apartments in the period of 2021 - 2030 approved by the Prime Minister ; contributing to the completion of the province's housing development program and plan. After completion, the project will not only solve the social housing needs of beneficiaries, but also contribute to urban renovation and beautification, creating momentum for local socio-economic development.
