On the morning of July 17th, the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation and the Provincial Red Cross Society organized activities under the 12th "Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Blood" program in 2024.

The parade served to promote the Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Bloodlines program.
Early in the morning, the Provincial Steering Committee for Blood Donation and the Provincial Red Cross Society organized a parade and mobile propaganda campaign for the "Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Bloodlines" program. The parade traveled along the main route from the 25B Conference Center ( Thanh Hoa City) to the Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery to raise awareness among the people about the role of blood, thalassemia, blood clotting disorders, and blood donation.

The Provincial Red Cross Society, along with the Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Bloodline volunteer team, visited the Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery to pay respects to the heroic martyrs.

The Provincial Red Cross Society, along with the Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Bloodline volunteer team, offered incense at the graves of the heroic martyrs at Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery.
At Ham Rong Martyrs' Cemetery, the procession offered incense and flowers, paid respects to the heroic martyrs, and expressed their profound gratitude and respect for the heroes who sacrificed themselves for the cause of protecting the Fatherland.



Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society presented gifts to disadvantaged families receiving social welfare benefits in Thanh Hoa City.
Following this, the Provincial Steering Committee for Blood Donation and the Provincial Red Cross Society presented gifts to 20 disadvantaged policy beneficiary families in Thanh Hoa City; each gift package was worth 600,000 VND, including 500,000 VND in cash and other gifts.

Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society and the Vietnam Investment and Development Commercial Bank - Thanh Hoa Branch presented gifts to underprivileged child patients at Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital.
On this occasion, the Provincial Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank (BIDV) - Thanh Hoa Branch, presented gifts to 20 underprivileged child patients at Thanh Hoa Children's Hospital. The total support amounted to 12 million VND, sponsored by the Vietnam Investment and Development Bank - Thanh Hoa Branch.
These activities are part of the "Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Bloodlines" program in 2024.
The launching ceremony for the 12th "Red Journey - Connecting Vietnamese Blood" program in 2024, honoring outstanding blood donors, and receiving blood from volunteer donors will be held at the 25B Conference Center on the morning of July 18th.
