Emulation block of the City and Town Military Command summarizes the emulation movement "Determination to Win" in 2024

On the afternoon of September 25, at the Quang Yen Town Military Command, the Emulation Bloc of the City and Town Military Command held a conference to summarize the 2024 Determination to Win emulation movement. Colonel Nguyen Quang Hien, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command attended and directed the conference.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc of the Military Command of the city and town, including: Quang Yen, Dong Trieu, Uong Bi, Ha Long, Cam Pha, Mong Cai, thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the directives, resolutions, and instructions of the superiors on emulation, rewards, and the emulation movement to win; well organized the emulation movement in 2024 with the theme "Solidarity, exemplary, disciplined, proactive, creative, determined to win" and the peak emulation periods to celebrate major holidays and important political events associated with the patriotic emulation movement of each locality, focusing on implementing the annual working theme of Quang Ninh province "Improving the quality of economic growth; developing culture, people rich in Quang Ninh identity"; implementing the goal of socio-economic development associated with ensuring national defense and security; building new rural areas, urban beautification and ensuring social security... The work of commendation has been innovated, focusing on commendation towards the grassroots level; commending collectives and individuals who directly carry out sudden and difficult tasks, with outstanding and extraordinary achievements in performing tasks, especially collectives and individuals with achievements in preventing, fighting and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (YAGI); focusing on new factors, good deeds, with widespread creativity, associated with discovering, building and replicating advanced models; good and creative ways of doing things, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks.

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and highlighting the results achieved in 2024, sharing good models and practices, as well as pointing out shortcomings and limitations, proposing solutions to overcome them, in order to effectively implement emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in the coming time. In which, it was determined to continue to successfully implement the contents and targets of the "Determined to Win" emulation movement in 2024, achieving the highest achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army, the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day ; celebrating major holidays and political events of the country.

Synchronously deploy emulation measures to strictly implement the SSCĐ regime; complete the plan and training program content for the subjects. Successfully complete the recruitment target for 2025. Actively participate in the work of preventing, combating, overcoming the consequences of natural disasters, searching and rescuing, preventing and fighting fires and forest fires. Focus on improving the quality of building exemplary and typical VMTD units; build a regular routine, train discipline, comply with State laws, military discipline, and unit regulations. Proactively develop plans, do a good job of preparing and successfully organizing the Party Congress for the term 2025-2030. Regularly ensure good logistics and finance for tasks; promote production increase, improve the lives of soldiers.

The conference also voted to honor units with achievements in the 2024 Victory emulation movement. At the same time, the Quang Yen Town Military Command handed over the 2025 block leader task to the Ha Long City Military Command.
