Prosecution of the case to investigate the act of slandering beauty queen Bui Quynh Hoa

Miss Bui Quynh Hoa (born in 1998) was accused of slander by a Facebook account named LHL, who posted an article threatening to spread a "sensitive clip" of the beauty queen.

On September 19, Hanoi City Police said that regarding information showing signs of slander against Miss Bui Quynh Hoa appearing on social networks, after determining that there were signs of crime, the Investigation Police Agency, City Police issued a decision to prosecute the case to investigate and handle according to regulations.

Previously, on September 12, Miss Bui Quynh Hoa (born in 1998), who won many titles such as Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Champion of Supermodel International 2022 and crowned Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, was suddenly accused by a Facebook account named LHL of posting a post with signs of slander and threatening to spread "sensitive clips" of this beauty queen.

The article attracted attention and mixed comments from the online community.

Immediately after that, Miss Bui Quynh Hoa filed a complaint about the social network account owner LHL posting an article on Facebook, spreading untrue information, seriously insulting her dignity and honor and causing damage to her legitimate rights and interests./.
